I am so tired of waiting for the official video for this song that I'm putting this fan made one on the blog. I mean damn, this footage was shot back in March, what the hell are they waiting on? Smh....

Vashtie
I luv Vashtie! She's Caribbean, like myself, fly, like myself, and extremely creative...um that where she and I go our separate ways, lol. She has so many different projects that she runs. From directing music videos ( a wide range of artists from Kid Cudi to Justin Bieber), her own clothing line Violette, to throwing some of the dopest parties, and currently being the first female ever to partner with the Air Jordan brand. Take a lookie at her new Air Jordan II shoe, which is super duper fly!

Simple Day
Right now I'm feeling pretty leveled out because life is mellow at this moment. I am sitting outside Stir Crazy about to have a meal in the sun, and life couldn't seem any more simple and perfect. If you know me well you understand how the small simple joys make me the happiest, so I am smiling on this day. I have reached the point in my life where all I want is to live a "Smart, Healthy, and Happy" life and I realize those simple 3 things really aren't all that easy....but I will definitely strive to figure out how to make it happen. I have posted a few pics of my quite simple day for you to enjoy. Take a lookie.

Christian Louboutins 2010-2011
My girlfriend Valeisha bbmed me a pic of the hottest new glitter shoe by Christian Louboutin. Which made me curious about what we can expect to see from the designer this fall/winter. Thank God for the Internet because anything you want to know/see is just a click away. Below see the pic of the shoe V sent me, pictures of past glitter Louboutins that I have died slow deaths over, and finally pictures from the new Louboutin collection. There are at least 10 pairs that I absolutely have to have. Take a lookie!

Above is the picture that V bbm'd. I dont know whose feet those shoes were on, but Valeisha should have knocked her over the head and taken them right then and there...not that I'm advocating shoe violence or anything of that nature, lol.
The above are shoes that I am still trying to get over....sigh

I whip my hair back and forth...
If I had been up on my posting job this song would have been posted last week. I am not ashamed to say I cant wait to see Willow's video for this song. Who would have thought this hot song could have come out of that little girl? But what I am I talking about, her parents are Will and Jada. Check out Willow over the years below:

Her beautiful parents..sigh
They say my shoe game crazy....
The mental asylum lookin for me... Well trust me if I don't own these shoes then you might as well check me into the nut house, because I am going to lose it!!! My newest desire is Jimmy Choo's light up platform sandal. The only problem as usual is the cost..$2500.00. Ridiculous, right? Not for art I say, and these are definitely a collectors item. Pray for me people, take a lookie!

WEEN Awards
I have the honor of being sister friends with the co-creator of WEEN (Women of Entertainment Empowerment Network) Valeisha Butterfield. WEEN's mission, while great, is a simple one. For women (and men) in entertainment to use their celebrity status/visibility to empower other girls/women throughout the world. This year they had their second awards show, where they honor women who are making a difference in our community. I am still upset with myself for not making it to NYC to experience the fabulousness first hand but I definitely plan on being at the next one. Take a lookie!

How Long Will They Mourn Me....
I absolutely adore Tupac. When I was younger I swore I was going to marry him. And though I am ashamed to say it, for years I was one of those nuts that truly felt like he wasn't really dead. I had the privilege (though after his death) to spend time at his mother Afeni's Atlanta home, meet his niece and nephew by his sister Sekyiwa, and have countless close encounters with members of the Outlaws, who became like brothers to me. And before he died I got to see him live (and front row) at his concert in Cleveland. Below are some of my favorite pics, take a lookie:

Sekyiwa Shakur, Tupac's sister
